The Noecampus residence is brand new! SOME STUDIOS AVAILABLE !
It is made up of 260 modern and equipped accommodations, spread over 11 floors, which we offer for rent, all charges included.
Our various common areas will allow you to study as a team in our “Bubble Brain”, to meet around a meal in our collective kitchen , or to relax in our many indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Library, gym, ping pong table, basketball court, petanque court… you will find the activity that suits you to fully live your student life.

A night watchman and a video surveillance system guarantee security and respect for the premises.
We provide our tenants an emegrengy number available from 10pm to 7am 7 days a week.

The accommodation, the common areas, the furniture: everything is new!
We offer all-inclusive rentals to make life easier for our students: no need to sign an electricity contract, install an internet box or have furniture delivered, these services are included in the rent.
All you have to do is pack your luggages !
Our accommodation is spacious and equipped (living room: bed (120cm by 200cm) with bed linen washed and ironed every week, desk with storage, dressing room; kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric hob and crockery; bathroom with shower , WC, sink and towel dryer).
Small studios: between 18 and 21m²
Large studios: between 22 and 27m² (shared accommodation possible on request)
2-room apartments of 29m² or 35m² (shared accommodation possible on request).
In order to facilitate access to rental for everyone, we request the “Garant me” guarantee from our future tenants.
“Garant me” effectively supports you in building your online file.
The rent payment guarantee at “Garant me” costs 4.5% of the annual rent amount, including charges.

You will receive your booking confirmation which guarantees you accommodation, from the desired date!
When you arrive, you will be asked to pay :
The rent for the current month as well as the security deposit of one month’s rent (kept for the duration of your stay, returned after your departure).
You will receive your keys and we wish you many happy years of study!
