The Noecampus student residence offers furnished and equipped studios from 18m² to 28m².
The residence being new, the studios are recent and tastefully decorated.
Each accommodation is composed of:
– A living room (bed 200×120, bed linen, pillows, desk, large drawer, chair, shelf,
heating, dressing room
– A kitchenette (fridge, host, ceramic hob, sink, crockery, table, stool)
– A private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer)
The rent includes electricity, water, heating, internet connection, which will facilitate your
moving in!
Cleaning of the bedshit once a week.
Do you want an apartment with a separate bedroom?
We also offer spacious 2 rooms, between 29 and 35m², for rent alone or in
flatshare.
Small Studios
FROM 17 TO 20M²
North or South exposition, some flats have a balcony (on request, according to availability).
Amount of the monthly rent between 950 € and 995 € TTC (depends on the area and the floor)

– Living room: bed, storage, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelves.
– Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink with mirror, towel warmer.
– Kitchenette: refrigerator, , microwave, ceramic hob, host, sink, dishes, high table and stools.

North or South exposition, some flats have a balcony (on request, depends of disponibilities).
Amount of the monthly rent from 950 € to 1200 € TTC (depends to the area and the floor)
More spacious studios for lovers of larger spaces.

– Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink with mirror, storage unit, heated towel rail.
– Kitchenette: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, host, sink, dishes, high table and stools.
More space in the living room: possibility to add your furniture, at your convenience (additional storage, table …)
