Our flats are available for rent from 15 days, and up to several years depending on your school program. The rent is always with all charges included (electricity, water, heating and internet). The amount of the rent depending on to the surface and the floor of your accommodation
Small studios from 18 to 21m², from 777€ to 965€.
Tall studios from 22 to 26m², from 910€ to 1140€.
The prices of 2-room apartments are
– Appartement of 29m² = 12706€
– Appartement of 35m² = 1370€.
The security deposit is the sum to be paid before your arrival which will be kept for the duration of your stay. The amount of the deposit is equal to one month’s rent. It will be returned to you within two months after your departure, in whole or in part depending on the condition of the accommodation on your departure.
Our reservation procedure is simple and fast.
